Engaging individuals looking for answers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
With so many people facing financial and health difficulties, Aetna Better Health of Illinois needed to shift its focus to the member, instead of the health plan.
From radio, video, display ads, and more, we created a member-centric campaign focused on addressing the needs and challenges of members and non-members. The campaign successfully educated, informed, and emotionally connected with those who just lost their jobs, recently qualified for Medicaid, or experienced an unexpected financial status change.
